Beginners & school English
Three levels. Start where your child is now. Exam courses stay in the list below.
Kids English (Beginners)
English for children aged 5–8 who are starting from scratch (Prep to Year 2). Teacher Changchang teaches phonics, first words, classroom English, and short songs and games. No English is needed before the first lesson. Vietnamese explanations are used when a child needs them. Chinese can be used the same way if that is the home language.
Primary English (Years 3–6)
School English for Years 3–6 (about ages 8–12). Teacher Changchang works on reading, paragraph writing, spelling, grammar, and speaking in class. Lessons follow Australian primary work and also suit Vietnamese students building English at this level. If your child is still learning first words and letter sounds, start with Kids English (Beginners).
Year 7–10 School English
English support for Years 7–10 (about ages 12–16). Teacher Changchang helps with essays, text analysis, speeches, and the weekly work that Australian high school English asks for. Lessons also suit Vietnamese students who need clearer writing and speaking for school. This is school English, not IELTS. If Year 10 work is already solid and the next step is an exam, look at the exam courses separately.

IELTS Academic
Comprehensive preparation for the IELTS Academic test, covering all four modules — Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. This course is designed for students applying to universities, professional registration bodies, or skilled migration programmes that require an Academic IELTS score. Lessons focus on proven strategies for every question type, timed practice under exam conditions, and personalised feedback on Writing and Speaking to help you reach your target band.
IELTS General Training
Targeted preparation for the IELTS General Training test, ideal for immigration, work visa, and vocational training purposes. This course covers all four modules with a focus on the General Training Reading and Writing tasks, which differ from the Academic version. You will practise with workplace and social texts in Reading, learn to write effective formal and informal letters for Task 1, and develop confident Speaking and Listening skills for real-life situations.
PTE Academic
Comprehensive PTE Academic preparation covering all three communicative skills sections: Speaking & Writing, Reading, and Listening. Our course teaches proven strategies for the AI-scored, computer-based format, with targeted practice for every question type including Read Aloud, Repeat Sentence, Summarize Written Text, and Re-order Paragraphs. Whether you need a score of 50 for Competent English, 65 for Proficient, or 79+ for Superior, Teacher Changchang provides personalised coaching to help you reach your target band.
TOEFL iBT
Expert TOEFL iBT preparation covering the updated adaptive Reading and Listening sections, the four Speaking tasks, and the two Writing tasks including the new Writing for an Academic Discussion question. Our course develops the integrated academic English skills needed to succeed, with focused training on note-taking for lectures, synthesizing reading and listening passages, and constructing well-organized spoken and written responses. Cambridge Young Learners English (YLE)
Cambridge Young Learners English tests are designed specifically for children aged 6-12 and cover three progressive levels: Starters (Pre-A1), Movers (A1), and Flyers (A2). Teacher Changchang uses a fun, game-based methodology with songs, stories, colouring activities, and interactive role-play to build confidence and genuine English skills. Each child receives a certificate with shields showing their achievement in Listening, Reading & Writing, and Speaking.
TOEFL Primary
TOEFL Primary is an ETS-developed assessment for young learners aged 8-11, offered at Step 1 and Step 2 levels. It measures reading and listening skills through engaging, age-appropriate content. Teacher Changchang prepares students with interactive activities, picture-based exercises, and progressive skill building that makes test preparation feel like a natural extension of learning English.
Cambridge KET/PET for Schools
Cambridge A2 Key (KET) and B1 Preliminary (PET) for Schools are internationally recognised qualifications designed for school-age learners. KET certifies A2 level ability while PET demonstrates B1 competence. Teacher Changchang prepares students with engaging, teen-friendly materials covering all four papers: Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking. Lessons balance exam technique with genuine language development using relatable topics like social media, music, sport, and travel.
NAPLAN English
NAPLAN (National Assessment Program - Literacy and Numeracy) is Australia's annual standardised test for students in Years 3, 5, 7, and 9. Teacher Changchang provides targeted preparation for the English components: Reading, Writing, and Language Conventions (spelling, grammar, and punctuation). Lessons are tailored to each year level with engaging, curriculum-aligned activities that build real literacy skills while familiarising students with the NAPLAN online format.
OET (Occupational English Test)
The Occupational English Test (OET) is an international English language test designed specifically for healthcare professionals. Recognised by healthcare regulators in Australia (AHPRA), the UK (NMC, GMC), Ireland, New Zealand, and Singapore, OET assesses all four language skills in a healthcare context. Cambridge C1 Advanced (CAE)
Cambridge C1 Advanced (CAE) is a high-level qualification proving you can use English confidently in demanding academic and professional settings. Accepted by over 9,000 organisations worldwide, it covers Reading and Use of English, Writing, Listening, and Speaking. Cambridge C2 Proficiency (CPE)

The exam covers Reading and Use of English, Writing, Listening, and Speaking at a demanding C2 level. Duolingo English Test (DET)
The Duolingo English Test (DET) is a modern, computer-adaptive English proficiency test taken from home in under 60 minutes. Accepted by over 5,000 institutions worldwide, it provides an overall score (10-160) plus four subscores: Literacy, Comprehension, Conversation, and Production. At USD $65, it is significantly more affordable than traditional tests. Teacher Changchang prepares students with targeted practice for the adaptive format, including the unique interactive question types and the video interview section.
